Digital Products

I offer a 100% money back guarantee ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital products—no questions asked.

To ask for a refund for an e-book or audiobook, email matt@mgherron.com or fill out the contact form.

If you want a refund because you're having trouble loading your book to your e-reader, I kindly request that you reach out to BookFunnel for help: help@bookfunnel.com.

Physical Products

I want you to be completely happy with your order. If you get something that's damaged or faulty, I'll refund you 100%.

If you need to return something, all items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

To start the return process, email matt@mgherron.com. Put "Returns" in the subject line and in the body: your order number, your name, and why you want to return it. I'll tell you where to send it back.

It's a good idea to get a shipping receipt in case it gets lost. You'll need to pay for return shipping.

After I get the item and check for damages, I'll email you to let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, 100% of the money you paid will be back in your account through the payment method you originally used.
