It’s been over five years since I published The Auriga Project, which recently joined the three-figure ratings club. Average rating is currently sitting at a 4.2 stars.
If you’ve read these books or shared them with your friends, thank you. I’m thrilled that people continue to enjoy some wild story I dreamed up on a bus ride home from Chichen Itza.
We’d gone into the jungle to visit the Mayan pyramids, and their scale and ingenuity blew my mind. I’d always known about them, but SEEING them was another experience entirely.
On that bus ride, exhausted and sunburnt and full and happy, recent memories of ancient Mayan ruins and cenotes mixed up with another idea I’d had for years about a brilliant husband and wife duo who got separated from each other by an impossible distance. That combination of ingredients, catalyzed by my love of Chrono Trigger and Stargate—and all portal stories, really—grew into this trilogy of science fiction adventure novels.
Thanks for reading.
